Would you like to change your tuition rate?

(Ex. Change out-of-state tuition cost to in-state. This would require living at the new address for at least three months. Please see note below.)

Yes

No

RESIDENCY NOTE: Students must submit official documentation in support of address changes. Students whose tuition rate would be lowered by a change in home address (i.e. moving from another Maryland county to Frederick County, or from out of state to Frederick County) must present proof of living at the new address for a minimum of three months before tuition rate may be changed.

A student who changes their home address during a semester will not have their tuition retroactively adjusted during that semester, but may be entitled to such adjustment the following semester.
