Wheelchair Seating: Designated seating areas for guests using wheelchairs will be located at the back of Knott Arena. Each guest using a wheelchair may have up to three companions seated nearby. Please note this will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Limited Mobility Seating: For guests with limited mobility issues who can access stairs, it is strongly recommended that you arrive early to ensure you are able to find a seat that meets your needs. Commencement volunteers will be available throughout the venue.

The ceremony will feature live captioning in both English and Spanish.

Parking:

Accessible parking spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis around Knott Arena.

An accessible drop-off location is available at the Ceremonial Drive front entrance for students and guests who need an accessible entrance.

Service Animals:

Only service animals are permitted at commencement venues. Emotional support animals and other pets are not allowed.

As an August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 graduate, you are eligible to participate in the May 2026 Commencement ceremony and will be the class of 2026.

Participation in the ceremony is not required to receive your diploma or certificate. Printed diplomas will be mailed to the address listed in PeopleSoft according to the following schedule:

August 2025 graduates: Mailed in October 2025
December 2025 graduates: Mailed in February 2026
May 2026 graduates: Mailed in July 2026

Change of Address

If needed, please complete and submit the online Change of Address Form to ensure that your printed diploma is mailed to the correct address. Change of Address Form

You can start visiting the FCC Bookstore on May 11 at 9:00 am during the Commencement Fair, or any day after that during regular store hours. We're open Monday 8:30 – 6:00, and Tuesday through Friday 8:30 – 4:30.

Upon submission of this form, an email will be sent to the email address you provide on this form that will include directions for ordering your cap and gown.
